This privacy policy will explain how PhotoStructure, Inc. uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website and product.
What data do we collect? #
Our Company collects personal identification and billing information:

- Payment information
PhotoStructure also collects metadata about your computer when it sends error reports. Sending these error reports are opt-out.

You directly provide Our Company with most of the data that we collect.
We collect data and process data when you:
- Subscribe to our newsletter
- Provide your email address to our customer service chat
- Register online to place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

Our Company collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your account
- Email you about information about PhotoStructure
Our Company shares only relevant data with
- our email subscriptions partner, Mailchimp,
- our support chat partner, Crisp
- our payment processing partners, Stripe and Braintree, and
- our error reporting partner, Sentry.
When Our Company processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
How do we store your data? #
Our Company securely stores your billing data at Digital Ocean and our payments processing partners, either Stripe or Braintree.
Our Company will keep your billing information while your subscription is active, and for 7 years afterwards. Once this time period has expired, we will remove your data from our systems.

Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
