PhotoStructure Subscription and Cancellation Terms

PhotoStructure is entirely subscriber-supported.

We don’t make money through advertising or any form of data sharing (learn more).

Most new features will only be available to paid subscribers.
Subscription Details 🔗

If you let your subscription lapse, you will still retain access to your PhotoStructure library, but previously-enabled plus features assets may be deactivated.

Free plus trials are only available to new customers.

One PhotoStructure plus subscription is valid for a single household.

Use of PhotoStructure requires acceptance of PhotoStructure’s End-User License Agreement.
Subscription Terms 🔗

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

You can manage your subscription, renewal, and payment methods at any time through https://account.photostructure.com.

As stated in the EULA, you may not publish, sell, market, distribute, lend, lease, rent, or sublicense the Product, software code, or license. Such acts may result in immediate Subscription forfeiture.

You will not be charged if you cancel your plan before your trial is over.

We’ll send you a reminder via email before you are billed for renewals and before your initial trial expires.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or PhotoStructure, Inc. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting PhotoStructure, Inc. customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide PhotoStructure, Inc. with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize PhotoStructure, Inc. to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

PhotoStructure partners with Stripe to handle billing.

Stripe may submit a small ($1), temporary “authorization hold” to your credit card to verify your payment information when you set up your trial Subscription plan. This is canceled automatically by Stripe.

You authorize Stripe to store and automatically charge your payment method(s) until you cancel your Subscription.
Free trial details 🔗

Due to limitations with Stripe Checkout, if you change your Subscription renewal period during your free trial (say, from annual billing to monthly billing), your trial will be ended and you will be charged immediately.
If you want to make this change, we can make this change on our end without cancelling your trial period: contact [email protected] from the email you signed up with and we’ll get things sorted.

Fee Changes 🔗

PhotoStructure, Inc., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

PhotoStructure, Inc. will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
